We accept payment through the methods made available on our website. Payment is due in full at the time of order and must be cleared prior to flower dispatch or delivery. If your payment is not processed or declined, your order will not be completed or fulfilled.

You may cancel or amend your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date by contacting us. After this period, your order is usually already being processed or dispatched. As such, we reserve the right to decline any cancellation or amendment requests received within 24 hours of the delivery date. If your order is cancelled as permitted, a full refund will be arranged using your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

For same-day delivery orders, cancellations or amendments are only possible within one hour of placing your order, and strictly before the order has entered preparation or been dispatched for delivery. Once the flowers are prepared or in transit, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Cancellations or amendments due to force majeure (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events) will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, please inspect your order upon receipt. If you are dissatisfied due to quality issues or if the order is not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details and photographic evidence where possible. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, where agreed, will be made to your original method of payment. Please note that we may require the original flowers to be returned to us before a refund is processed.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for changes of mind, delays arising from inaccurate delivery information provided, or if the recipient refuses to accept the flowers.

8. Product Availability and Substitutions

All products offered on our website are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the specific flowers or arrangements selected, we reserve the right to make suitable substitutions with products of equal or greater value and as close as possible in style and colour to your original order. Such substitutions are made to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are maintained.
